1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

PLEASE ALLOW 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS
FOR US TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER. AFTER THAT, SHIPPING IS BASED ON THE ONE YOU SELECTED. (business days do not include weekends and or holidays)

-Shipping time does NOT start until your order has been processed 

-Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a tracking email. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24-72 hours.

-Please keep in mind that shipping may take longer than usual due to COVID -19

2. What happens if my package is damaged or lost in transit?

-Coldglowcosmetics is not responsible for lost and or damaged packages. Please contact usps and file a claim on their website.

3.What happens if you entered the wrong address? 
-If the customer fails to provide the correct address at the time of purchase, Coldglowcosmetics will not be held liable or required to issue a refund for lost packages. Please make sure you enter the correct address before hitting 'submit' PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED OUT, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

All sales are FINAL, no refunds or exchanges. Please note that once you place your order that they are no changes. 

6.Cancellations
 - We do not accept order cancellations once processed. If we approve a cancellation, you will be charged a 40% re-stocking fee plus the cost of all shipping. All orders are made to your
order. 

7. Insufficient address
What happens if my order got sent
back?
-If your order got sent back to sender please notify us. You will be refunded for the cost of your items minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee. If you would like for us to re-ship out your package, you will be responsible of re-paying for shipping. Shipping for all packages that got sent back is $10.

8.Return

DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. (ALL SALES FINAL)

Once packages are dropped off at post office, we no longer have control, please contact mail carrier for further details once you receive tracking number.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Once we ship out your order, it is YOUR responsibility to take care of any customs fees & charges. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be shipped back to us and we will initiate a partial refund (excluding shipping charges) back to you once we have received the package in good condition. We are not responsible for any damages or stolen items during the shipping process.
